Q: Does this free Demo contain adware or spyware?
A: Absolutely NO adware or spyware!
Q: I see only 12 images - how can I see the others?
A: This software is an "unlockable" Demo. The Demo version only shows you 12 of the 27 images. When you buy the software, all 27 beautiful images will be shown!
Q: How do I buy the screensaver?
A: Double click on desktop icon, to run the screensaver, hit any "letter key" to exit the Screensaver, on the [ Registration ] box, click on [ Order Now ].
Q: How do I register the screensaver?
A: You will receive a "Product Information" email with a unique Registration Key
hit any "letter key" to exit the Screensaver, on the [ Registration] box, click on [ Enter Key ]
Copy/paste the Registered (name ) into: Name [ box ]
Copy/paste the Key ( provided ) into: Registration Key [ box ]
click [ Ok ], your software is now registered
Q: I have not downloaded the screensaver yet, where can I download after purchase?
A: Please use instructions above, and download here : http://ftp2.bmtmicro.com/FengShui-1.zip
Q: How do I get the product I have purchased?
A: After you have purchase the product, you will receive the instructions (for unlocking or downloading full version) in your email. Usually this takes a few minutes, however sometimes e-mail with this information can be delayed for up to 3 hours.
Q: I paid for the software but have not received any information.
A: Most likely the reason is one of the following :
You entered an incorrect e-mail address in the order form
There was an email delivery problem
Your anti-spam system blocked the message
Your order is still being processed
Q: My screensaver won't launch. What should I do?
A: (a) Double click on the desktop icon [ Preview Feng Shui Screensaver 1 ]
or (b) Right click on the desktop, choose "Properties" from the menu, choose the [Screen Saver] tab, Near middle,on [Screen Saver],scroll down to choose Feng Shui Screensaver1, click [Preview]
Q: How do I buy the screensaver?
A: Double click on the desktop icon, to run the screensaver, hit any "letter key" to exit the Screensaver, on the [ Registration ] box, click on [ Order ].
Q: Why does it show a "Corrupt File" when I reinstall the program?
A: This means that the download was not successful.
It is because our software has a protective code against piracy of downloading many times. Please uninstall the 'Feng Shui screensaver' file first, make sure to DELETE all related program files (Especially in C:\WINDOW), before reinstallation.
Q: Can I change the settings on the screensaver, or mute the sound?
A: Yes, to access the screensaver's controls, right-click on your Windows desktop, choose "properties" from the menu, choose the [Screen Saver] tab, click on [Settings] tab in the middle, where you will find options to make changes, including [Sound].
Q: How can I set an image in my ScreenSaver as Wallpaper?
A: Run the screensaver, when you see the image you desire as Wallpaper, just hit the [ F2 ] key
Q: Do you have other help instructions?
A: Yes, you can find it in the ReadMe file.
Q: Where can I find the "ReadMe" file?
A: 'ReadMe' file can be found under 'start' menu on desktop, in 'All Programs' >> under 'Feng Shui Screensaver 1' folder.
